Free Base
Banner Studio will replace the base unit of our banner stands free of charge if the unit fails during the first year (mechanism, springs, cassette) unless the unit shows signs of misuse or incorrect usage. The purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs. The warrantee excludes damage to the graphic element of the stand. Bannerstudio will exchange the damaged base unit and replace the graphic with the existing material. We will always to do best to help and provide the service you expect, however, Banner Studio will assess each case individually - our decision is final.
FREE Delivery
The delivery of your order to any address in the UK mainland is included in the price, you will not be charged additionally for this. Unfortunately we currently do not ship overseas. We do our best to create and deliver your banner within 5 working days. However if your request is more bespoke please get in touch and we'll create a personalised time scale for you.
